The requirement to let children do the household tasks it is an essential part of the development of the life quality in recent days. The benefits of this requirement could be reveals in different parts via a child’s life. However, children are varied in ages which means they can’t do the tasks that are out of their capability area. Therefore, parents should require children to perform on different tasks in different ages. While children growing, perform on different household tasks could give them some valuable characteristic and better sociability.
By doing household tasks repeatedly, it will help children gain independence and create further connections to families. Children will create closer relationships with parents. Household tasks offer children self-improvement opportunities. Take me as example, my parents gave me some simple works to do when I was young. It was certainly been such annoying things for me, but I kept pushing myself to accomplish the tasks that my parents gave. Consequently, the benefits had outweighed the miserable experiences that I became obsessive for doing the household tasks. Unlike peers, I could do a lot of things independently without parents helping which made me felt confidence about myself. Moreover, I became great helper to my parents because I felt I am responsible for my parents. Thus, I do a lot of thing what they might do at home which reduce lots of their stress.
Doing house work not only improve children independence, but also helps saving money for the whole family. For a good monthly-pay baby sitter, it cost about five thousand RMB in China. It is relatively expensive to a busty family with poor income. However, parents start letting children do the housework when children are young could solve this problem. Indeed, children sometimes couldn’t do the tasks which might be too complex for children. Sometimes these tasks could hurt the children. Therefore, parents should instruct their children to do different household tasks in different ages. When children are five years old, parent can require their children to do some simple tasks, like make the bed, pack up the clothes and so on. The difficulty should keep increasing while children are growing. After reach a certain age, children will become a great helper to the family. In another word, the family doesn’t need any baby sitter anymore which could save a lot of money.
Many good hobbies are created by doing household tasks. It could bring up the successful person. People who do the household tasks looks much cleaner on their wearing style than the people who don’t do the household tasks. Because people who do it will have a “obsession” of clean wearing and home. When they hold up an interview, they clothing style will give a good impression to the interviewer which could directly help them to get the job. When people don’t have these qualities, then it will be a totally different story.
Lastly, doing household task’s benefits could help children improve in many different fields. All of them have contributed to help a child grown into an independent and responsible person. Base on the reasons I aforementioned, I agree that children should do household task when they are able to.
